Match report Having lost the toss, Town were sent into bat. After a slow but steady start, Town found a steady loss of wickets had put the hosts in charge.

With the score on 54 for 6 at one stage, only Ramawat had provided any real resistance. An excellent performance from the lover order though ensured Town made a respectable 156 off their overs, with excellent contributions from Daly, Tailor and Meeth Katira.

In response, Town started in excellent fashion reeling off 4 wickets inside 10 overs. Rickmansworth however were saved by a fantastic 66 from Kamran who put the home side within site of the finishing line.

When Nic Patel took 2 quick wickets, Town had a glimmer of hope, but the Rickmasworth had the final say with a solid partnership carrying them home with 3 overs to spare.

A loss for Town then, but a good warm up for the season ahead then, with a cracking game played in excellent spirit.
