Match report Town 1’s travelled to Bishop’s Stortford II looking to cut the lad at the top of the table.

First game of the season when we played BS II at home it was mentioned that this will hopefully be shortest match report of the season well sorry but this one is going to be just as short if not even shorter!! Having won the toss Town chose to bat first. BS II bowlers and the weather had something in common, Town found both too hot to handle!! Heywood bowled a devastating spell picking up 6 wickets. And the fact extras were the top run scorer for Town tells you everything as Town were all out for just 66 with only S Modi getting into double figures.

BS II batters came out with aggression and chased the target down in just 10 overs despite losing couple of wickets!

Town will host Hitchin II next week.
