The annual presentation night was another great success as the club looked back at the season and rewarded some outstanding performances.
For the first team Andy Burt picked up the players player award with a consistent display with the bat in particular a glorious innings on 96 earned the respect of all his peers. Jack Daly picked up the captains player award showing immense improvement from previous seasons. His skill in being able to swing the ball with control has picked him up 23 wickets including a hattrick against Chipperfield Clarendon.
The second team chose Fozan Haji for the players player award. Fozan was their star batsman this year with 516 league runs. The captains player of the year for the 2s was Sajid Malik whose guile and accuracy picked up 25 wickets to lead the 2s bowling attack.
The threes players player of the year was captain Ben Rawson Jones who came back to play after years out of unfortunate injuries. Against all odds he played consistently throughout the season and his talent showed with an impressive 374 league runs in 11 innings. The captains player was Nic Patel who only started playing a couple of years ago but has developed into an excellent fast bowler. He led the wickets column with 21 wickets and best figures of 5-33.
