NTCC’s 49 TH AGM was held on Friday 27 th January at the Clubhouse with Dave Harding chairing proceedings.
The evening was very well attended with over 50 club members present.
On the cricket front the following were elected as captains for the 2023 season.
- Sunday XI – Keeran Sudagaren
The 4 th XI captain is still to be appointed.
The Ground Secretary position is also yet to be filled and so the Club is hoping that a club member steps up and offers to take on one of the above vacant club roles.
During the evening Adam Shaw received numerous thanks for all his work in organising and over-seeing the Clubhouse Lounge Bar refurbishment which not only looks superb but is visually enhanced with the addition of all the new furniture.
Harry Shaw and Abhay Joshi were jointly awarded the winner of the Richard Robbin’s Clubman of the Year award for all their outstanding help and proactive involvement during 2022.
Jack Daly received the Chairman Award for his excellent work as Secretary as well as Junior Development Manager.
Those present were reminded that this summer NTCC celebrates its 50 th Anniversary and a schedule of events to be held in the summer will be announced when finalised.
