The Club celebrated its 50th Anniversary with a Testimonial cricket match for 3 NTCC stalwarts from past eras on Sunday which was well attended by both ex and current members.

The 3 stalwarts comprised Colin Lynch; Neil Furmenger and Mike Lister and the Chairman Dave Harding’s after match speech detailed the contributions all 3 have made to the Club at differing times.

Team Lynch / Furmenger just beat team Lister in the 30 over match which was played in great spirits and for a change decent weather.

Dave also made mention of congratulations received from an ex NTCC player Warren Deutrom who is now CE of Cricket Ireland and who kindly wrote on Cricket Ireland headed notepaper a letter which is now framed and displayed in the Clubhouse lounge.

Thanks were afforded to Akshay Loomba and Adam Shaw for all their help in organising the event.
