Hello everyone,

I hope the new year is treating you well so far.  Our club AGM has been set for the 30th of this month at 8PM. This is a massively important event so I encourage everyone to attend if they can. If you cannot please provide your apologies to me via email. 

 There will be a register to sign at 8PM . Those who are late for this time will be allowed entrance and input during the meeting but not a vote. So please be on time.

Here is the live nominations board. If you send me a nomination I will try to add it as soon as possible. The deadline for nominations is midnight of the 29th Jan.

Each nomination will need a club member to propose and second. In the event of 2 people nominated for the same role we will allow a small speech from either candidate followed by a vote. There will be no proxy or remote voting. 

The Committee are meeting again next week to propose our annual subscriptions for the year. I will share these when I have them. Before the meeting I will share our minutes from AGM last year and agenda for the night.
