Match report A series of unfortunate events lost northwood town their first league game. After losing the toss, town were asked to field first on what looked a good batting track with a super fast outfield. Totteridge started well while town started poorly especially with a shoulder injury to Kunal Patel. While he was taken to hospital, Town had just 9 men which was taken advantage of as totteridge threatened to take the game away with some fantastic hitting from Rajani and Wernham. With poor bowling and fielding all round despite some restriction with some clever bowling from kunal patel, totteridge made a mammoth total of 266 in just 45 overs.

In reply, Loomba was triggered early for just 2 runs before Kunal and Sandip built an 88 run partnership to make the chase interesting. After a fantastic catch to remove Sandip on 39, rishi adatia looked to rebuild along side Kunal Sanghi, both with fantastic knocks. Town couldnt quite keep partnerships and ran out of wickets in the end despite a late fight back from Richard Kessel, Krunal Patel and Ravi doshi with a 6 off his first ball!
