Match report Town 3s played their first ever game with a live band on a glorious sunny day in Bushey.

Having won the toss, Radlett elected to bat. Though they began solidly enough, an early breakthrough provided Town with confidence on what looked a batting paradise. An injury to Radlett's skipper and some poor shot selection meant the already depleted home team were on the ropes very quickly.

The tail wagged briefly, but everything the home side tried failed miserably as they were rolled over by a clinical Town display for just 46 all out.

In response, Town looked to kill the game off quickly, sending in pinch hitter Nic Patel along with his elder brother (allegedly) Rajul.

The game was soon over with some powerful strokes bringing Town home in less than 8 overs.

Khetia was obviously delighted with the performance. "This was a massive win for us. Had Radlett won today, they would have topped the table. Everything we did came off brilliantly and I'm delighted for the lads"
