Northwood Town Cricket Club Won Northwood Town 4s by 20 Runs

Match report On cloudy overcast and passing shower day of the match. Northwood town 4s lost the toss and opposition give us batting. We have our new opening Pair JB and Arindam start the match, Both played very steady up to 9th over on damp & low Bounce pitch & make 22 runs without wicket . after that Arindam gets out at his individual score of 5. after that Arya power join with JB but JB got out quickly at his individual score of 11 & our team score was 26/2 in 12th over. After that Captain Dhaval Join with Arya but Arya cant stay long and out at his individual score of 0 and team score of 34/3 in 14 overs. then Abdul join with Dhaval and make some partnership till 20th over & took our team score of 58/4 in 20th over. before the drink break Dhaval got Run out with very sharp through by Andrew, at his individual score of 17 Runs. Ganesh Our Vice Captain Join with Abdul but Abdul get out after the drinks break at his individual score of 8 Runs. After that our superstar Mairaj join with Ganesh. Mairaj was playing good at one end But he loose his partners at regular intervals. he played very fine inning of 35 runs and reached our team score 121 Runs before All out in 38 Overs.

After Break, Pinner start their innings. Abhay and Asad start the opening Bowling from our side. Their one of the Opener got out by Asad in his very first over at his individual score 0. Both done very tight line & length and gave only 32 Runs in first 10 overs and took 3 wickets. 2 by Asad and 1 by Abhay. then over first change bowler Ganesh start his spell with Mairaj. Both doing very good bowling, gave only 24 runs in their 15 overs and took 4 wickets. 3 by Ganesh and 1 by Mairaj. Dhaval also doing good bowling and took very important wicket of S. Basu who made highest 34 Runs in their innings. they loose their wickets in regular interval and all out at 101 Runs.

Result : Northwood town 4s Won by 20 runs.

MoM : Mairaj for his 35 runs and controlled spell.
