Match report A disappointing day for the Town 3's, where poor bowling, batting and fielding let the side down.

Losing the toss once again Town 3's were asked to field in hot conditions. H. Myring bowling fast and aggressive got an early wicket, followed by an exceptional run out from Cherian meant Town were right in the game. Thereafter the performance went downhill. Poor discipline with the ball meant Watford Town were able to race to 110-2 at the drinks interval. The introduction of J Patel (6.5-1-28-4) and Jambulingam (8-0-28-2) put the squeeze on post drinks but Watford Town were still able to post 191 all out.

The Town batting just did not get going. With 5 ducks in the innings only J Patel (26) & L. Kumar (36) following on from last week were able to get any sizeable runs. Valiantly batting until the 33rd Over some batting points were picked up.
