Match report On a splendid day for cricket, Northwood Town 2's hosted Hatch End. After winning the toss, we chose to take the batting initiative. Despite our aspirations to set a respectable target, we encountered a series of wicket losses that prevented us from gaining momentum.

Following the tea break, our determination was unwavering as we prepared to defend our total. Our bowlers delivered an exceptional performance, consistently hitting tight lines and receiving excellent support from the fielders. We held on to our catches and seized the opportunities that came our way. Nevertheless, it's a challenging task to defend a modest total, and it required a tremendous collective effort from everyone in the team.
