Match report NTCC arrived at Dunstable under bright sunshine and strong winds, ready for a spirited contest. Winning the toss, skipper Tushar Shah made the bold decision to bat first, setting the tone for an aggressive start.

The innings got off to a flying start thanks to an outstanding opening partnership between Bijendra and Jesant (Jessie). The opening pace duo of Jay and Keval started with great discipline, and it didn’t take long for Jay to make the breakthrough — aided by a sharp stumping from the skipper behind the stumps. Dunstable’s response was cautious, as they attempted to build partnerships while maintaining a slow run rate. However, the game tilted decisively in NTCC’s favor during the middle overs when Tejsavi and Krunal Puwar were introduced into the attack. Their tight lines, clever variations, and relentless pressure triggered a middle-order collapse and broke the back of Dunstable’s chase. NTCC’s fielding remained sharp throughout, and the disciplined bowling unit ensured Dunstable fell short, with NTCC sealing a well-earned 44-run victory.
