Match report Allenburys won the toss and elected to bat first.

Despite a new bowling attack, town started the innings with great vigour and discipline which squeezed promotion chasers Allenburys for runs. At the 42 over mark Allenbury's were on 120-3 with first time league skipper Firfire pretty pleased with the effort. however some late hitting from their number 5 elevated their score to 207. special mention must go to Manek for an inspired bowling performance.

Towns innings got off to a flyer with Robbins smashing the ball to all parts. But a mid innings collapse left town playing for a draw. Graham achevied his first half century for NTCC and was ably supported by V. Patel in a match saving effort. In the end Allenbury's weak bowling attack proved not good enough to dismiss a weakened town line up.
