Match report TOWN'S second eleven also suffered a poor loss as they mirror the first team in struggling to stay in their division.

Batting first, some reckless shot selection didnt help the cause and only Akshay Loomba (14) and Alan Armitage made any sort of impression to the scorecard. Armitage has been the only consistent performer for the second string this season and he was left frustrated after battling away for an unbeaten 54. With little support the hosts collapsed to a mere 118 and chances of success from here were slim.

Jack Daly picked up two wickets for Town and Raj Kotecha took one on his debut but Cheshunt stormed home with only twenty overs on the board for the loss of just three wickets.

Skipper Adam Hills was once again left frustrated:
"Overall it was a poor performance and we have been frustrated with availability issues again. We certainly need to improve if we are going to have any chance of staying up this season."
