Match report It was the Jack Daly show as the 3's visited Chorleywood IV.

Having won the toss, Khetia put the home side into bat and Daly and Parmar took full advantage of a green wicket quickly taking 2 wickets.

Chorleywood rebuilt though, with an excellent 3rd wicket stand seeing off the opening bowlers and some excellent controlling bowling from Harding and Katira. Just as the pair of Hatfield and R. Wheal looked to push on, Khetia snared Wheal with a peach and set the stage for Parmar and Daly to return. The pair removed the remaining 7 wickets, with the last 6 batsmen producing a collective 4 runs as Chorleywood imploded to 131 all out off 45 overs.

In response Town lost Patel and Kotecha early, but some excellent cricket from Katira and Pandey stabilised the Town innings. A brilliant diving one handed catch finally dismissed Pandey (42, 7 fours) and brought Rizvi to the crease. When Katira finally departed for 33, the game was well beyond the home side and some agressive batting from Khetia and Rizvi pushed town to the brink of victory.

Some late wickets did take the shine off the victory, but Harding and Parmar saw Town home with plenty to spare.

Khetia was full of praise for his side - "It was a great bowling display from Jack but an incredible performance in the field to back it up. Against any other team in the league Chorleywood may have scored 30 or 40 more, but the boys made the chase look easy with that fielding."
