Match report Town fell just short in one of the games of the season.

Having seen Boxmoor move to 129 for 4, some excellent bowling from Taz Katira and Nic Patel saw Town limit Boxmoor to 151.

In response Town started well, but lost both openers with the score on 22. After a good rebuilding partnership, some poor strokes and one abysmal effort saw Boxmoor in charge.

With a fantastic response from the middle order, Town were on the brink of victory, but a magnificent display from man of the match Down, saw the home side lose their last 4 wickets for just 2 runs.

Town were understandably devastated. Khetia said after 'The team gave 100% and there won't be another game where you see 2 balls hit the stumps and bails not fall. Congrats to Boxmoor, they capitalised and had a great game'
