Match report NTCC 3s hosted Edgware at home. Skipper Gordy won the toss and inserted the opposition into bat.



Some early wayward bowling allowed the opposition batsmen to settle in. The introduction of Henry Myring in the pre-tea overs saw the pendulum shift back towards NTCC. Henry picked up his first fifer of his career. What a great way to start his season.

Despite further wickets from Gordy and Pradip the opposition crawled their way to a respectable 162 in 34 overs.



Our batting failed to fire again this week. A positive start from Kunal (26) kicked-off the innings but we were unable to maintain the momentum and despite foundational support from Pradip (21) the rest of the top, middle and lower order were unable to contribute. The innings ended meekly in the 34th over with NTTC unable to score any batting points at 77 all out.
